I will guide you through focused meditation and energy attunement exercises, offering inspiration about mediumship, spiritual awareness, energy flow, seership, and intuitive insight. There will be space for reflection, questions, and brief one-on-one interaction in breakout rooms. The group energy, intention, and focus are designed to help you:
